Private room in 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Lakewood coming available soon! We are a third floor unit in a gated complex with a gym, tennis court, a pool open during summer, and a package concierge as well. It’s a very quiet, safe community with many families and military. Utilities are split evenly and we have in unit washer and dryer as well.
The room is the same size as the one shown in pictures, the current roommate is currently moving out and unable to take pics of it, but it’s a mirror image. My bed is a queen bed to give it more sense of scale.
The new roomie would be sharing a full bathroom with me, as well as a cat litter box. The living room and all common areas are free for everyone to use. We have an air fryer, blender, espresso machine in the kitchen that all are welcome to use.
Elise is 26, a barista going to school full time, and has one kitty cat. I’m 26, a technician in a hospital, and I also have one cat. 2 cats is the limit, so unfortunately we can’t have any more pets! We are both pretty laidback people who will hang out when our schedules line up, but more often than not we are busy working and not home too often. We both generally work afternoon and evening shifts. I work every other weekend, and the weekends I’m off I’m most likely with my boyfriend. We’re looking for someone on the chill side, who values communication and hopefully has a similar cleaning style when it comes to household chores.
