I have two bedrooms available for rent at $800 each in a house near The Battery (about a mile away) in the Smyrna/Vinings area. It’s just me living here now. Both men and women have taken up the extra space before. The location is convenient with easy access to 285/75 and close to Cumberland Mall, Costco, Target, and more. There’s a huge garage with a bunch of space and a small backyard you’re welcome to use, and the rooms can be furnished if needed. An office room there too for storage or whatever you’d like. I’m flexible on lease. One person is welcome to rent both rooms and have a private bathroom since that’s what’s happened every time so far lol.
About the roomies
I work as an engineer/project manager during the week and spend weekends out with friends or enjoying hobbies like traveling, the gym, and anything outdoors or motor-related. Let me know if you’re interested or have any questions.
