About the room
• Room Size: 10’7” x 11’11” • Bathroom: Shared bathroom with other roommate, also serves as the guest bathroom (must be kept clean at all times) • Shared Spaces: Living room, kitchen, laundry, and patio (these areas must be kept clean)
House Rules & Expectations: • No parties or random guests — this is a family home with a baby. • No smoking inside; smoking permitted only outside. • Must be responsible, respectful, and maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.
Financial Requirements: • Non refundable deposit due before move in and rent due upon move in. • Utilities split equally amongst us 4 monthly
Additional Notes: • Looking for someone reliable, respectful, and family-friendly. • Quiet hours 7 PM – 6 AM are expected since there is a baby in the home.
About the roomies
You’ll be sharing the home with myself, my partner Alijah, our baby boy Jayce, and an another female roommate. We’re a young family who keep things clean, organized, and low-key. Our priority is maintaining a safe and peaceful environment for our son, so we’re looking for someone who values respect, cleanliness, and responsibility.
