Gated community, personal assigned car space. I have a furnished mid-size room with closet space, in-unit washer/dryer, 4 zone mini split system for A/C & heating, fully furnished kitchen, free WiFi and all utilities included. 1 full bathroom upstairs and half bathroom downstairs by the kitchen/dining area. I unfortunately cannot allow large furniture at this time. Not much storage space besides what it shown in the available room. It’s also available on Furnished Finders in Paramount California area. Brief description of my townhouse for common areas/co-living space. 925 sq ft ,2-story condo(2 common walls), 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom can comfortably house 2 people (1 homeowner/landlord and 1 roommate/renter).

32 years old, straight, male. I have my own room as a live-in Landlord/Homeowner. I am a Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) working at children’s hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). Outside of work I help my parents with my younger sibling with special needs they’re located near Dodgers stadium, they live separately from me. Due to my busy schedule I usually just relax at home on weekends or stay over at my parents. I do not often bring people over and I am the only one currently living in the unit in the other room.
