Looking for two-three easygoing, respectful housemates to share a cozy historic home just 2 miles from Deer Park Tavern and downtown Newark. You’ll be living with a 31-year-old male in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Bedrooms are furnished and move in ready. Bathrooms will be shared with 1 other person on the same floor.

No pets or couples please. Cats are currently on the property and are very lovable.

Security deposit and first month rent are due on move in, utilities are split equally with all residents residing.
