There are two nightstands, a dresser, large TV that can be outfitted with a Roku, and closet. Common dining area (shown) and living room (shown). The third bedroom is an office space (shown). There are 1.5 bathrooms (1 shown), but we would have to share. The kitchen (shown) is small but effective. There is washer/dryer (not shown) in the unit and a balcony.
We are on the top floor. Neighbors keep to themselves. The neighborhood is quiet enough has a pool, a gym, and convenient to I-795.

$100 fee to add you to the lease.

I am a 50 year old male professional state employee working with computers and clean. I have three teen children that live elsewhere and rarely visit.

I am looking for a clean, non-smoking, personable roommate that is pleasant to be around, respectful, considerate, doesn’t steal and can appreciate privacy boundaries as they similarly expect from me.
