This is for one room in a two bedroom apartment. It’s basically the top half of a house, but no one lives beneath. The room is 10x10 ft. The house doesn’t have central heat or air, so you will have to provide a window unit. I have a fan that you can use as well as a cot, if you don’t want to furnish. I was using it as an office, but I’ll move everything out before you arrive. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living room. You can use my cooking utensils if you need. I have a pretty small fridge, which I can share, but a mini fridge could be handy. There is currently no wifi, but if you want to pay $400/month, I’ll get it. It’s nothing fancy, but the price is good.
I’m the only roomie. I’m a 42 year old man, who is an English Professor at UCA in Conway. I commute. I spend a lot of time watching shows, writing, and going to coffee shops. I’m generally laid back and understanding. My girlfriend visits one weekend per month and I visit her one weekend.
