This is a calm, respectful, drama-free household — not a party house. Housemates are full-time working professionals who keep the home clean and quiet and are out most of the day. You’ll share with people who value privacy and their own routine.

The home offers a private pool (house use only), a screened lanai with seating, a large granite kitchen with stainless appliances, and a full laundry room.

House guidelines: • All utilities + WiFi included • Quiet home — headphones appreciated for TV/calls after 10 PM • Kitchen and bathrooms kept clean; kindly tidy up after each use • Housemates share light chores like taking out the trash • Smoking outside only (lanai or yard) • No pets, please • Best for a full-time professional who’s clean, easygoing, and wants a stable place — minimal visitors, no parties

Owner is off-site but always reachable by phone. Screening includes a short application, income/employment verification, and background check.

About the roomies

Current 4 tenants are working males, but both male and female applicants are welcome. Landlord does NOT live at the house, but can be reach by phone or email at any time.
