Home amenities include: •Two common living areas, a large dining room, a kitchen, a shared bathroom (with only one person -the bathroom has two separate sinks), and a huge pool that’s currently undergoing renovation. •Only 3 people will reside in the house, i. e., homeowner, current housemate, and potential roommate. •Security/Alarm systems in/outside the home. •A large laundry room with state-of-the-art washer/dryer. •Professional Housekeeping Services are provided in common areas, including the bathrooms at no extra cost. •Your own private designated driveway parking.
