Majestic Court

I’m looking for someone to rent out the current room I’m in. I live with a buddy whose a college student and I need to move back to Oxnard ASAP. Laundry in unit, 2 car closed garage, kitchen fully furnished, pool/jacuzzi access, dog park and tennis courts. Super quiet area, need to move out so as soon as you can get moved in the better. Will just write up a contract with roommate, no credit check needed or anything like that. Pet friendly Multiple restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance.

My buddy is a college student who works mostly nights so isn’t home very often.
