The apartment is 2bd 1ba, and the available room is quite spacious and considered the master. It is unfurnished, but I have an extra desk available if you would like it. The living room and Kitchen are furnished, but I would welcome you bringing any additional art or adding your own touches to the shared spaces!

About the roomies
Hi, my name is Will and I’ve been living in the SB area for some time now. I work downtown as an accountant and would describe myself as very quiet, but friendly! I am 30 years old and enjoy going to the gym, hiking, reading, and board games. I am a Mammoth season pass holder and avid skier, and (conditions permitting) I love surfing. I am quite open minded and get along very easily with everyone, but I would prefer someone around my age.
