💗Lovely furnished and accommodating house in Lynn Haven! No credit check required! LGBTQ+ friendly! Room has a shared bathroom with my friend/roommate <3 Room is also Furnished with a bed, drawers, mirror, chair and hangers in the closet. we are very clean people so we are looking for someone else who’s clean as well and is committed to keeping the house tidy :) , preferably a female! 420 friendly as long as you step out on the porch to do so! Also must be okay with cats! We have two! There is a nbrhood walking trail, bayou + dock, pool and gym and basketball court Home is about a 1 minute drive to grocery store !
!! House is furnished and pretty resourceful! You can use what you need in the home as needed as long as you replace something when it’s running low! (i.e. trash bags, dish soap, detergent, paper towels) by the bayou!

I’m 23 and in college at gulf coast and a full time barista at coffee shop and hostess at dinner restaurant with a side hustle online selling clothes, i love cats and art and movies! My roommate is my close friend My, he is one of the girls so don’t worry 💅 he works at a sushi place and loves music and memes. The other two roomies are cats! Phoebe and Jenny. Phoebe is a fluffy , shy indoor kitty. And our outside cat Jenny is older and very social. :) we’d love to open our home to anyone looking for a clean and accommodating space!
