This is a fully furnished private bedroom with a full-size bed, dresser, study desk, chair, side table with table lamp and a separate dome light for the room, and built-in closets, all in great condition. The room gets great natural light and has hardwood floors, giving it some character. The kitchen and bathroom are shared along with living room. There is one friendly cat on the premises. The house is located in a relatively quieter neighborhood, within walking distance of a pond with a scenic nature trail. Just a bit further , about 0.5 miles, lies a larger state forest. A walkway in front of the house is popular with walkers, runners, and cyclists. An elementary school is also within walking distance, about 0.7 miles away.

All of us are friendly and quiet, clean and nice living. Nice neighborhood.
