This is a 10 x 12 (120sqft) room with a bathroom on the first floor of spacious 2700sqft 5 bed 3 full bathroom house. The development includes a community pool, clubhouse, and an entrance to Euchee Creek trail for the outdoors. The rent is $700/month and has all the utilities and access to a washer and dryer. The house is 20 minutes away from Ft Gordon Gate 1&6. After the tenant screen, it’s $1,300 to move in (The first month’s rent and security deposit)(I can be flexible).

Military people are preferred. However, if you are clean and pay rent on time you are welcome.

No smoking is allowed in the house.

Everyone has passed a screening process and have clear backgrounds so it’s a safe and comfortable environment. We are big on communication so that we maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. There are currently two female housemates.
