Bedroom available October 1, 2026 House is located in a safe & quiet neighborhood with lots of street parking. All housemates split the utilities. The house is shared with myself, 2 males and my friendly indoor female boxer dog. Spacious Kitchen is large and great for cooking (just please clean up after yourself) Neighborhood: Surrounded by plenty of grocery stores including Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Costco, Lunardi’s, Lucky, and Safeway. There are also many restaurants and fast-food spots nearby within walking distance (Mexican, Chinese, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, and more). Bedroom # 1 has a huge mirror closet with double hanging racks. Shared bathroom with another housemate.

About the roomies

I have an indoor female boxer. We are spoiled by many different grocery stores close by to name a few Trader Joe’s Whole Foods lucky Safeway Costco. We are also spoiled, with many different fast food and other restaurants here and the house is located in a convenient place where you could place Online Orders, DoorDash & Uber eats.
