About the room
The room is in an Arbor Heights Style Condo which is conveniently located near Monroe High School and easy access to Hwy522, Main Street, and Old Snohomish Monroe Rd.
It has good lighting and ample space for clothes and other things. It has a built in Wall bed to have more space anytime. It has heater as well. There is no TV currently installed in the room.
Safe and friendly neighborhood. The owner next door sleeps right next to this room though, so if we could keep any “sound” to a minimum that’ll be greatly appreciated.
The room is on the 2nd floor and is across my brother“s room whom the renter will share the bathroom with. The renter will have to share common spaces like the laundry area. kitchen, dining area, living room, and a private rear deck overlooking the backyard and green space.

About the roomies
My brother is currently the care taker of the home. I am in the Quality department and a freelance Portrait Artist/photographer. I visit every week to check on things. We don’t smoke. We’re both introverts , clean, and respect privacy.
