Spacious and quiet second-story corner room (9’9“ x 13’2“) available in a charming single-family home located in idyllic Westover Village, just off Carlisle Pike. This home is ideally situated: 5 minutes from Wegmans, 3 minutes from Crunch Fitness, and 10 minutes from Wal-Mart. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. The furnished room includes two nightstands, a mirror, a dresser, a smart TV, and a closet. Hardwood floors run throughout the home. Internet, sewer, and trash are included in the rent. Electricity, gas, and water bills will be split.

You’ll share the rest of the home with me, including:

• A bathroom featuring a luxury walk-in shower with heated floors (2nd floor)
• Kitchen, living room, family room, and powder room (1st floor)
• Finished basement with washer, dryer, and treadmill

I am a quiet, clean, and organized 34-year-old professional working in IT, currently based from home. My typical day starts around 10 AM, and I work from the couch in the family room until about 6 PM. After work, I usually head to the gym (Crunch across the street) and wind down for bed around midnight. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors with friends and traveling. I do not have any pets or allergies. I value a peaceful and respectful living environment. I seldom have overnight guests and would prefer the same from my roommate. I do not smoke or drink, and I would expect my roommate to refrain from smoking or drinking while in the home.
