MUST be organized and CLEAN up after yourself. Which means after your done cooking, washing dishes, it includes wiping up food stains and food debris. Would prefer a good soul, does not like drama and open to keeping home safe and clean. Decorating rights are no one, but mine. There is cabinet space and drawers to keep your items put away. Leaving it out in the open, it might go missing or trashed. I’ve heard stories. That’s why I emphasize keep your things together and put away.
This can be temporary until you find something you’re looking for which I can understand, most are looking for their own room. With rent sky high, I think this amount helps to cover all of us both financially and emotionally.
