Your room space is move-in ready with Ikea Hemnes queen bed frame with Lönset slats, 40“ Roku TV, tall Hemnes dresser, Glasholm hexagon glass desk, new flooring, walk-in closet, and 1 private bathroom with granite counter and bath. You’ll have access to the furnished home’s Wi-Fi (router in your room, Wi-Fi points throughout home) washer and dryer, UV water softener, fully furnished loft office (right outside of your room), kitchen (appliances such as Kitchen-Aid, Ninja Foodi, Mickey Mouse waffle iron), bar, dining room with piano, cozy living room with Roku 75“ TV and fireplace, pond view, patio, parking, HOA lawn care, pool, and basketball court inside of a gated community. For additional safety, the property has security cameras.
