Close to the Arroyo Colorado River, park and a fishing dock. Internet, Netflix and Prime are included.

There is currently one roomie. We would like all roomies to be clean and neat and work together to help keep the common areas tidy. No parties or pets. Quite time after 10 PM. No smoking in the house.
