4 bedroom townhouse in East Longmont with a clean spacious living room, as well as a shared kitchen, backyard, and balcony. The room located downstairs and has a walk-in closet, carpet floors, and enough space for me to fit a queen bed, futon, and desk comfortably. We also have a fiber optic internet plan. It should also be noted that the room you would be living in has the house washer and dryer inside, my roommates are very courteous about it though, usually only using it when I’m working or setting up a time to use it.
