A fully furnished private bedroom with a private bathroom (no sharing) is available in a clean and sun-filled 2-level, 3-bedroom townhome located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood in Ashburn. The home is well maintained, bright throughout the day, and ideal for someone who values cleanliness, respect, and a peaceful living environment.
You will have your own private bedroom and bathroom, with access to shared spaces including:
- A cozy living area
- A fully equipped kitchen
- In-unit laundry
- Plenty of natural sunlight throughout the home
The room receives great natural sunlight, is very clean, and comes furnished with essential furniture. You’re welcome to see the room first and decide after viewing.

Because the rent is reasonably priced, strong and verifiable credit is preferred.
About the roomies
The home is shared with me, my husband, and our 18-month-old daughter.
This is a female-only rental.
Please note that our daughter is still young and may occasionally wake up and cry during the night, especially early in the morning. We want to be transparent about this, so we’re hoping to find someone who is understanding, patient, and comfortable living in a home with a young child. If you enjoy being around kids or don’t mind some natural family noise, this could be a great fit.
