About the room

Hello guys i have a Large master bedroom available in a clean well kept no smoking home. A clean safe quiet space is very important to me. Cleaning service every 2- 3 weeks to keep floors and surfaces clean. Looking for a responsible adult male or female who cleans up after themselves. Someone who managed their own space at some point so they respect my home and surroundings. No drama please! Move in price is firm. I will be traveling months at a time starting as soon as I get a good fit. I just canceled July travel for a month. Which means roommates are responsible for rolling trash to the curb and back. I cannot roll out trash while Im away. Solving small problems while Im away without contacting me for little things that makes no sense. Ac will be working, wi.fi will be working lawn service to cut lawn. I need roommates that can sweep and mop once in a while not everyday. If you have a problem cleaning up basic common areas please do not contact me. I dont need no one calling me when im away to complain about small things please and thank you. No work from home!!!
