month to month lease. old, rural house. laundry on-site. main floor furnished bedroom (pictured) + all utilities + parking. house has steps. shower is in basement. home wifi not offered in rent (5G wifi w. phone carrier works excellent here). no furnished TV. no stove here until next year. there is a new microwave and new refrigerator/freezer. new furnace. new central air and digital thermostat. whole house duct cleaning finished. there are hot, dusty rooms upstairs if you need to store things and/or just prefer to stay up there.

i (female) and a quiet cat (no mice problems) live in the house. i work off site. i am not on social media. i do not accept late payments. i like peace and simplicity. i keep it basic out here. i find that potential tenants expect more amenities, for the price, than what i am willing to offer. i have been the tenant and the landlord for room share deals. i know how this works.
