Owner (me, Jeff) is only roommate. I’m a very active retired guy, 68, and come and go all day. House is a clean and tidy place. A place of peace and an easy going home. I have pets, you can too. Don’t smoke or drink, but don’t mind these things in others (no smoking in house though). There is an apartment below the house that has a nice couple in it as well.
