About the room
4 bedroom, 2 bath duplex! Our neighbors are super sweet and friendly. Theres two bedrooms, and a bathroom upstairs as well as in the basement. One of the rooms in the basement is a shared office/art space. There’s a large kitchen, and washer + dryer and unfenced yard with a long driveway. There is a nice park around the corner from the house. The house is furnished in the common living areas, but the bedrooms are empty! Bus stop is at the end of the street in close walking distance.

Very big on respecting eachothers space/belongings and making sure everyone is comfortable :) pretty laid back so we share most things in the house unless stated otherwise! We like to keep the common spaces tidy, but your room is your business lol
