North 26th Street

It is a very nice fully furnished home with a great outdoor space. The location is 5 minutes from downtown and only 3 minutes from the university. There is also 2 living rooms in the house which helps everyone have there space. The room for rent is a decent size with a full size closet and you would share a bathroom across the hallway with my brother.

There is currently 2 tenants in the home (Devin - my brother, and Trystan - she moved in a couple months ago) and my brothers 2 dogs, Oreo and Sophie. Devin has lived in the house since I bought it 7 years ago and he is always out in the extra living room. He works in restaurant industry. Trystan is very quite and is almost always in her room leaving the main living room never being used. She is still working from home as a call service representative.
