This room boasts a king size bed, window AC, 65in TV, nice closet and can have a desk. The house has a nice kitchen area with a large fridge and a personal mini fridge you can use just for yourself. The kitchen area has a stove, microwave, air fryer, $300 knife set, coffee maker, etc. that you can use as long as you clean them. The backyard is large, with a fire pit, and inflatable jacuzzi. Great for relaxing. The living room has a 95” TV. Driveway parking. Friendly neighbors and a pomski. There is a walking/running trail less than a block away where you can see cows. Smoking/420 is only allowed outside. I do not smoke.

It’s just me and my dog. I’m an education specialist for students with disabilities. I like things fairly neat and quiet. I will have friends or a gf over at times.
