About the room
This is a shared duplex. The bedrooms are upstairs where we would share a full bath. Then downstairs there is a living room space fully furnished, kitchen, 1/2 bath and washer/dryer. The duplex is on private land so there are rules of where you are allowed on the property. It is located 10mins out of town and on a quiet piece of property! Unfortunately no animals are allowed.
About the roomies
I am the only other person living in the duplex. I work a lot but I love to cook/bake and everything outdoors. I am still in school so there are days where I come home and just need a quiet space. I am very clean and like to keep the shared space organized and clean so we can both enjoy it!
