Brand new townhouse, 3bd, 2.5bth, with small fenced backyard and garage for some storage space. Never lived in before I moved here in June. Very well laid out floor plan. 2 unfurnished rooms currently available. All three rooms and laundry upstairs. I have my own bathroom attached to my room, so other upstairs full bathroom would be used by you and another potential roommate in the 2nd available room. Must be tidy, respectful individual. I have one dog and one cat, both friendly, well behaved and potty trained. Cat does not get on counter-tops.

I myself am a working professional and am often home, as I can work from home. Would prefer roommates to have work outside of home.
