Move in date July 1, 2026. Looking for a tidy and clean roommate who’s willing to help keep the common areas clean and do weekly chores. 2 bed / 2 bath apartment with in-unit laundry. You would get the master bedroom and a carport space. The apartment is in a gated luxury complex. Amenities are currently being upgraded, but once completed you’ll have access to the pool, gym, and clubhouse. Guests are welcome a few times a month as long as they’re respectful and not overstaying. I enjoy listening to music while cooking, and having friends over from time to time. You can join me for hikes, rollerblading, or brunches. Its 1750 plus utilities which range 150-190 per month 🙂
