About the room
My house is a 2 bedroom, 2 story house with a kitchen, dining room, living room and 1 and a half bathrooms. It is located in a very nice planned community subdivision with lots of nearby businesses, restaurants and shopping. It’s also conveniently located near both 288 and Powhite extension so you can get quickly to the downtown area of Richmond. The bedroom for rent is 154 square feet with a walk in closet and ceiling fan. Also, I am only looking for other trans or female renters! No men!
About the roomies
It is LGBTQ+ friendly as I am a lesbian trans woman who is recently divorced and I am a little more than 2 and a half years into my transition. I work full time 2nd shift from 3pm to 11pm Mondays through Fridays in an industrial warehouse. I have 2 cats, a bit of a pop culture enthusiast and nerdy.
