It’s a very nice neighborhood, with a park near by. There is also a MAX bus thing pretty close! (That’s what I’ve been told lol) It’s a decent house, four beds with two bathrooms. I absolutely love this house, just not the right fit for me personally! It’s three levels kind of (not sure how to explain it) with a bathroom down stairs and the other bathroom upstairs. The room is a decent size. Utilities are around $80-$90 a month, there are cats in the house but they get along well with other cats!

I want to make this very clear, everyone who is currently in this household is moving in the near future! So I’m not sure who all you will be living with but I can tell you about the people who are/ were my roommates! Cash- 27 they/them, has a cat, likes to keep to themselves. Sadie- 23 she/her, very outgoing, party hardy, loves people, very welcoming and kind. Alister- 22 he/him, I don’t know him super well, he just moved in. He is super sweet, and quiet.
