There is also a pool that will be available for all tenants. Free washer and dryer in the house. Must have a job with income at least 3 times the rent. Must be clean and get along with other tenants. There’ll be credit and background checks. No arrest, no felony, no DUI no OUI or drugs, no smoking or vaping. This is for single person only. The house is in a safe area great neighborhood.
