The 2000 sq ft home has an open floor plan, three bed rooms, two bathrooms and first floor living. There is a large fenced back yard and designated driveway parking. Small dogs under 25 lbs are welcome! Lease terms are negotiable. You have full use of the house, but this is not a party house! This a smoke and drug free environment. It is located in a quiet and safe neighbor hood that has a good safety record. Convenient to I-26, Palmetto Commerce Parkway, University Blvd, Roper St.Francis, MUSC, Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, Boeing, Naval/Air Force Base, Charleston International Airport, Trident Tech, Charleston Southern University, and other employers, shops, and restaurants, and entertainment.
