Month to month lease. Private 1/1 with kitchenette ON THE WATER! Close to Restaurants, parks and everything Hernando Beach has to offer. Just minutes away from Weeki Wachee and the Preserve. Quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views. Live music and good food only a short bike ride or drive away. Kitchenette includes a 2025 standard side by side washer/dryer, stainless steel sink, hot top, microwave, apartment size fridge, and fold out table for dining. You will also be able to use part of the garage for storage (does not fit a vehicle). You can park in the driveway which will fit one vehicle. There is a separate entrance and the suite is closed off from the rest of the house for privacy. Private side yard and shared use of dock. Kayak, catch blue crabs and fish right out of the back yard.

$850 per month which INCLUDES water, WIFI, trash, pest control, and lawn service. You pay 1/3 of the electric bill. Background check required. One month’s rent in security. Cats allowed. Will consider a small dog. Smoking/420 friendly outside.

Current tenant is moving out on 8/1. Unit should be available no later than 8/15.
