This room is a rear upper floor room with windows facing the North and overlooking the backyard and tree line. It rents for five- hundred per month and is unfurnished (queen sized bed available if needed). The upstairs has two other rooms that are currently rented. The three rooms upstairs have one shared full bath with hall access. All occupants share the kitchen and livingroom. All occupants split the utilities equally. There are pets in the home, dogs and cats. Animals welcome on a case by case basis. To move in you will need 1st month’s rent.

This home currently has two renters upstairs. Both male, one over 50 (and his dog) and one under 25 years old. On the main floor I, a 45 year old female (and my 2 dogs and 2 cats), occupy a back corner room. On the lower floor the only minor in the home, a 12 year old boy, enjoys the biggest space in the house.
