Tenant will pay 1/2 utilities (electric, water/sewer - probably $150-200), owner will pay for garbage, internet and Netflix. Must help with cleaning; must be respectful as to house rules. I’m living alone with my friendly, lazy hound dog. Retired, work part-time volunteer. Something of a health nut - hiking, biking, walking, working out. Enjoy movies, music; mostly prepare my own meals (sharing would be welcome).
