4 bed, 3 bath house in West Asheville. Walking distance to Haywood rd and a great walkable neighborhood. The house has lots of windows with natural light in the downstairs living room and dining area. Shared decently sized kitchen with dishwasher and laundry in house. The room available is upstairs with front facing windows and a decently sized closet. The room shares a bathroom with one other roommate. small hallway closet for extra storage (communal). One parking spot per person in front of house. House also features a large fully covered back porch with a fenced in yard! We also have two raised garden beds for growing some veg to use in cooking.

Currently we have one woman and two non-binary folks on our mid-late twenties living in the house! We are looking for another woman or non binary queer person. We also have one super sweet cat named Kiwi and a very relaxed cuddly Chihuahua named Spike who live here. We would prefer no more pets but are open to discussing one more small well behaved dog, no more cats please! We like to be friends with our roommates but its not required. As long as we don’t feel like strangers! We like to hang out in the common spaces and watch movies together. We like to cook and are open to sharing meals on occasion! We are a creative household that likes to craft and paint as well as outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and rafting! We appreciate open and honest communication and are overall really easy going!
