Room available! Join our west Asheville house! Rent $750 with about $70-$100 per person for utilities! (Higher end for colder months) looking for someone to take over the remainder our roommates lease. We have someone by approved with our property management by May 1st!

The house is 4bed/3 bath with lots of windows and natural light! A big covered back porch and fenced in yard! The room is downstairs with a nice bay window facing the front of the house and a private bathroom. Room is unfurnished but the rest of the house is furnished and stocked with supplies! The house has one parking spot per person with washer/dryer in house and a dishwasher!

To move in you’ll need -security deposit $875 & Last months $1,625 total -$45 application fee with property management- credit check, bank statements, & landlord references.

Our big blue house is currently home to three awesome roommates! Including queer identifying folks in our late 20s to 30s! We also have two super sweet cats in the house so we are preferably looking for someone without pets. LGBTQIA+ friendly is a must. We like to hangout and watch movies together, do crafts, and are overall easy going roommates who appreciate open communication! We are mostly sober (we don’t drink much or party) but very 420 friendly
