Unfurnished room in a two bed, two bath apartment. Located right around the corner from The Pointe and Monkey Junction. Utilities would be split 50/50 between us. Your bathroom would be the larger of the two. Amenities include: two pools (one indoor and one outdoor), tennis court, and a gym. As you would be taking over part of a lease, the property management company will require: proof of employment, a credit check, and a non-refundable $60 application fee.

I work as a behavioral technician, aiding individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities volunteer/work in the community. I’m fairly easygoing and open to anyone of any race/age/gender. If you’re a cool person, employed, and can clean up after yourself, you probably fit the bill! Hope to hear from you soon!
