About the roomies
This is a sub-lease. You will be sharing the home with 2 other professional women who are excellent conversationalists, but also workaholics.
Kitchen, dining, and living spaces are shared. There is laundry in the garage and parking may also be available.
You must be kind, clean, and not opposed to befriending a little Maltese mix named Budapest :) This little 15lb. pooch is our in-home therapist who is always looking to spread joy and cuddles. She is hypo-allergenic.
This is a great room for someone moving to San Diego and looking for a jumping off point to discover places/neighborhoods to call home. Also great for rotating medical professionals and/or professionals in the aviation field or military.
Short term lease: 2-6 month only.
