Both rooms are available immediately. The rooms are perfect for studying and remote work. My home is newly renovated, and everything in the house is brand-new. I am located in the most prestigious area of Frisco, Texas. The community is highly secure and safe; neighbors are friendly and look out for one another. The rent is $1,000.00 per month. For each additional person aged 13 or older, there is an additional $300.00 per month.
