Quiet and safe neighborhood, perfect for walks and spending time outdoors!

There is one room with a door out to the backyard patio, perfect for an office space if working remotely!

Rent & Utilities: $800/month Water, waste removal, maintenance, and yard work are covered by landlord Snow removal is not included in rent, tenants will split the cost - the landlord already has a company set up Electric, gas, and internet are all evenly split
