This is a 3 story luxury townhome in an upscale neighborhood surrounded by trails and rivers, coffees shop, sushi, spa, planet fitness etc, all walkable. The bottom floor is rented, walled off and separated from the rest. I live on the third floor. This leaves the loft style second floor which is furnished with a high quality bed and furniture, has its own bathroom and is separated by curtains from the shared kitchen. Upstairs laundry and shower can be used by guest.
