Females only, no pets. Your own offgrid tiny cabin (10’x12’) with a nice porch in 13 acres of state classified forest/wildlife santuary/vegan food forest. I have my own offgrid tiny cabin about 300 feet down the trail, out of sight. Rainwater catchment and jugs for water use, solar power just enough for charging phone and minor other usage, no other electricity, sawdust/compost toilet system, propane heater and cooktop. There is a solar shower bag if you would like to use it. You will need to get and pay for your propane as needed (it is around $20 per tank which can last months depending on your usage), and your pellets for the potty system (about $20 for a few months). Otherwise no other costs besides your phone plan. There is no wifi. Cell service can be spotty, but generally ok outside the cabin with ATT or Verizon. Very quiet, with a little pond, trails, songbirds, deer, squirrels, possum, turkeys, turtles, butterflies, old growth forest, light foraging. As this is a wildlife refuge, quiet and no chemical use are essential, no drug or marijuana use, no pets. There is no trash pickup, so you will need to take non-burnable or non-compostable trash to a proper disposal facility. Females only please.

I am age 54, single, no children, vegan/fruitarian, retired early and now tend to the forest by planting fruit trees, tackling invasive roses and stiltgrass, foraging, and collecting firewood. Quiet is very important to me, and protection of the forest. I will be in my own tiny cabin about 300 feet away.
