Shalom! We have one space available in our spacious light-filled (2nd & 3rd floor) apartment beginning October 1st (or sooner) for a lease that will go until July 31st 2026. If you are a woman who loves the Lord and would like to live in and form community with like minded women and be a part of making this home a place of God’s presence, peace and creativity, we’d love to hear from you!

Available room:

a light-filled bedroom with wood flooring on the 2nd floor for $850/month ~ utilities range from $50 to $100 each depending on the season

~ free laundry and some storage in the basement

~ free on-street parking, as well as a shared parking space for the house

~ We are located about a 17 min walk to Medford/Tufts stop on the green line, and 5 mins walk to a number of busses

~ Coffee shops, grocery stores (whole foods/stop and shop) and restaurants are about a 10-13 min walk. Also lots of walking/biking paths in the area especially having Mystic River & Lake close by!

Note in case of allergies ~ one of the roomies also has a sweet, well-behaved ESA kitty!

There will be six of us altogether, including you! We all share faith in Christ and it’s important to us that we can check in and pray together every week. We also enjoy some dinners together, watching a movie, or going out from time to time, and occasionally hosting worship gatherings! We are mostly in our 20’s and 30’s with different vocations and/or are also in school.
