Looking for a responsible roommate to rent the second bedroom in my 2-bedroom condo. The private, medium-sized bedroom comes with a hallway bathroom for your use, and the condo is fully furnished with a shared kitchen, living room, dining area, and a nice patio for relaxing. The room currently has a twin bed that can expand into a king. This is a safe and quiet community with unassigned parking available. The location is excellent—just minutes from I-270, close to Germantown Square Center with Giant, Safeway, Aldi, Walmart, and many restaurants nearby. Little Seneca Lake and the Churchill Lake trail are also right by the condo, perfect for enjoying nature and outdoor activities. No smoking allowed in the property.
