It is livable and everything works, but it is quite dated and I’ve been slowly working on renovations since purchasing it. So please be aware the home is a work in progress and if you’re looking for something that is completely updated, this probably isn’t the right fit for you. The room is available to view now with a move-in date of June 1st. Looking for someone that is responsible, clean, and respects the home and cohabitants.
