David's room

A 4 bed/2 bath house with a nice backyard and plenty of space for hanging out and relaxing. I have 2 downstairs rooms currently available for rent (shared bathroom once 2 roommates move in). One room has a queen sized bed and a nightstand that will come with it and the other room is unfurnished. Both rooms have large closet space. There is a living room space in the downstairs as well as the upstairs where the kitchen is.

I’m a 32 year old art director and I have lived in Denver since the end of 2018.

My life keeps me pretty busy on the regular but I’m always down to chill/vibe out with my roommate(s) when things are a little more relaxed. I can easily keep to myself as well as being friendly in and out of the house. I have an 8 year old dog (I can’t believe that!!) who loves to play and acts like he is about 2 years old. He is very well trained and gets along with all dogs, cats, and humans he’s around. I’ve lived with both male and female roommates of all ages so I’d like to think that I’m pretty easy to get along with. My free time is mostly spent hiking/snowboarding/exploring the mountains with my dog and camera in hand.
